Always heard good things about Fields Plumbing. My first and only experience with them was not a very good one. My hot water heater starting having issues on a Sunday. Called them and talked to a man named Don. Very helpful explained what he thought the problem was and figured it would be a simple fix. We decided it would better to do it durning the week to save a little money. So I called Monday morning to make the appointment. 10:30-Noon Friday. Friday noon rolls around and no call no show. I call and the did not put me on the schedule, however they would get to me in the afternoon between 3:00-5:00. Cool, I requested a call before they showed. They said they would 20 mins before they left their last job. 4:30 rolls around, no call. I call they said he was still on the last job and they would call him to find out what was up and give me a call right back. 25 mins later no call. I ended up calling Boss Services in Coloma. They showed up and had my issue fixed in 45 mins.
