Rented a camper here that is on a permanent lot. Smelled like sewage when the toilet was flushed. Pool was green. Their 'game room' was not accessible. It's a family friendly campground but if you're going to camp here i recommend your own camper/tent. Just seemed like it needed better upkeep.
Couldn't tell ya if this place is still open since rumors going around that it was closing soon but when we have been there it was amazing. They have a great hall where people hold birthday parties or weddings. Off the road quiet place.
I took my JV Volleyball team here for a 3 day team bonding camp out. At first it was hard to make reservations because the number took me to a personal residence not to the business. I had to call several times before I was able to speak with anyone. The campground is tucked back into a quiet chunk of woods out in the country that overlooks a lake. Definitely get the camping feel. The campsites were large enough to fit 4, 8 person tents on and were fully equipped with water, a picnic table and our own electricity outlets. The workers were very polite but not always readily available. The pool was very clean, and big! The girls loved the pool. The beach volleyball court was in some need of new sand and weeding, but it was still usable and we made due and played on it for hours. The trails were in need of grooming, and cleaning of brush. We did not walk them because of the amount of deep holes and trees blocking the paths. The website is not currently updated so we were upset to see that the basketball, and softball fields were no longer there and the game room and gift shop was not available for use either. The bathrooms/shower rooms are in need of up-dating, the bugs were bad at night because they were attracted to the light right outside the bathroom door. But the showers had warm water, and plenty of privacy. Overall it was a great experience for the girls and we had a lot of fun. I would definitely take my future teams back, but I think this time I will be better prepared, knowing what is really offered and what is no longer available. And we will have an even better time! Great price though! For 14 girls I paid 20$ a night. Can't beat that!
Nice friendly people a good outdoor camping experience they have trails to walk fishing in a small lake it's down a back country road so there's no traffic you don't have management jumping on your backs for kids having a good time a very good time
